it is officially true, i have the BEST family.
yesterday at work i almost passed out again. i could barely stand up so i went into the back of the store. so, already embaressed about my first fainting episode, i feel absolutely ridiculous. rarely do i get sick, and even more rarely do i cry. but, here i am, at my one month old job crying hysterically and about to pass out in front of all of my managers. my sweet sister came and picked me up from work. she conveniently had the day off and broke her plans for the day to take care of me and take me to marietta. my mom scheduled an appointment to figure out what the heck was wrong with me. she and lesley took me to the doctor and mom paid for all of the expenses. wow. well, i apparently was just dehydrated, but they checked my blood for diabetes and other such things. so, lesson to all, drink plenty of water throughout the day and take care of yourself. to emphasize that my family rules, sam made me soup twice, jake and lesley at different times drove me to and from marietta to get excellent care from mom and dad, dad went to the store for me way past his bedtime, and mom is just the perfect nurse. then this morning lesley managed to get my shift covered at work so i could have some R and R.
anyways, i am much better today and had the pleasure of spending the day with my grandparents, and cousins who were out of school because of the georgia fuel "crisis".
is this better ryan?
oh yeah, biggest bummer about the whole deal, no more coke or coffee. boo.

Rachie - good gracious! I'm so glad you're doing a better. Your family is much better than those who just leave you on the side of the road and wait for random men in a pick-up to bring you home. Keep up on the strawberry lemonade, it'll keep you nourished.
RACHEL!!!! I'm on my way!!! Just sit tight! I'll be there in a minute!
rachel... passing out is not cool! But if you ever feel faint drink some orange juice to raise your blood sugar and bend your head down to allow more blood flow to your head..and eat lots of protein to prevent this ... yeah! I learned something in school!! glad I got to see you for .5 seconds last weekend.. you will have to come another time when I can actually hang!

RAY!!! oh no!!.i hope i wasn't contagious all these years. I know how silly you feel, everyone starring at you. It's a little awkward and I cried a lot too! I was told to lay down on the ground with my legs elevated in the air..yikes..talk about the stares and awkwardness in that situation.
